The contract is well-organized with numbered clauses covering all aspects of the player-operator relationship, including rights, obligations, and procedures

Players have explicit rights including: obtaining clear game rules, secure identification, prize collection, filing complaints with DGOJ, knowing wagered amounts and balance at all times, and receiving responsible gambling information

The Operator commits to executing withdrawal orders within 24 hours following the date the Participant ordered the withdrawal, subject to necessary verifications and banking service availability

Players can request self-exclusion at any time with effect within 48 hours maximum. Self-exclusion periods are chosen by the player, and after 6 months, players can request reactivation

For dispute resolution, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Participant's domicile, as per Article 90.2 of RD Legislative 1/2007, protecting consumer rights

Players have a maximum of 2 weeks from the first request to provide identity verification documents. Failure to comply results in presumed identity fraud and immediate contract termination without further process

If a player places sports bets that block all their cash balance to use bonus funds before those bets resolve, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled

Bonuses are restricted to one per person, family, postal address, email, phone, payment account number, and IP address. Bonuses and winnings are voided if shared devices or payment methods are detected with another player who received a promotion

The Operator can review transactions associated with bonuses at any time, even after settlement. If abusive participation is detected, bonuses can be cancelled and the Operator can recover losses, even in favor of third parties who were harmed
