T&C Cons
- Automatic account closure after 60 days without verification documents
If identity documents and proof of address are not provided within 60 days of account opening, the account is closed and balance is held in reserve for 6 years. Maximum €5 management fee applies.
- Reserved funds may be forfeited to the State after 6 years
If account balance is put in reserve (due to closure without valid bank details or unverified provisional account) and not claimed within 6 years, funds are transferred to the State. €5 custody and reminder fee charged 3 months before expiration.
- Mandatory 2-day delay for increasing self-imposed limits
While decreases to deposit/wagering limits take immediate effect, any increase requires a 2 full day waiting period before taking effect.
- Non-withdrawable bonuses lost on account closure
Promotional bonuses credited to account that are marked as non-withdrawable are forfeited upon account closure for any reason, unless specific promotion rules state otherwise.
- Cashback and loyalty rewards have expiration dates
MyPMU.fr cashback earned January-June expires December 31 same year; earned July-December expires June 30 following year. Expired amounts are permanently lost. Unused poker points lost at end of month/quarter.
- PMU can unilaterally close accounts and ban future account opening
PMU can close accounts for various reasons including suspected fraud, unreasonable play patterns, use of bots, or abusive language. In some cases, this results in permanent ban from opening new accounts for a determined period. €5 management fee applies.
