There is 0% chance they are allowed to operate legally here from this point onwards, following all the information I've passed onto regulatory bodies here. Horrific experience attempting to open an account after 24 hours of document uploads they kept rejecting documents even though they were valid according to their requirements. I gambled and lost $2,000, I deposited an additional $1,000 from my joint bank account and ended up winning $15,000 on tonybet.com and they confiscated the funds due to "3rd party deposit" despite them initially asking me to provide clarification about the deposit and provide proof that it's mine and I provided multiple bank statements, void checks, bank letterheads, notary letter and they went silent and stopped responding.
