Al principio todo muy bien, pero gané unas cuantas apuestas y también un poco de dinero en el casino, y sin más me han suspendido la cuenta con acusaciones de fraude. He tratado de llamar al teléfono de atención al cliente para que me den alguna explicación pero es imposible contactar con nadie tras media hora escuchando la musiquita repetitiva. Actualizaré esta opinión según se vaya resolviendo el caso. Actualización 10/11/2025: el sábado conseguí finalmente hablar con el servicio de atención telefónica (tras una larguísima espera) y me pidieron toda una serie de documentos (selfie, justificantes de tarjeta, cuenta bancaria y Paypal...) para poder retirar mi dinero, los cuales envié enseguida. A día de hoy aún no se han dignado a responder a mis emails y hoy llevo una hora tratando de hablar con ellos por teléfono sin éxito. Actualización 19/11/2025: Tras 11 días insistiendo y tras empezar a dejar comentarios en sus redes sociales por fin he cobrado mi saldo. Eso sí, la cuenta me la han cerrado sin dar más explicaciones.
