As the countdown to the tournament in the United States, Mexico and Canada gathers pace, Sweden become one of the latest nations to confirm their final selection for the competition.

Head coach Graham Potter, preparing for both his first major international tournament and his first World Cup as a manager, has placed his trust in the country's new attacking generation.

Gyokeres and Isak arrive as Sweden's main reference points up front and are set to make their debuts on football's biggest stage.

The squad also includes several emerging talents alongside experienced figures such as Victor Lindelof, giving Sweden a blend of youth and leadership as they attempt to make an impact at the World Cup.

There were, however, some notable omissions from Potter's final list. Players such as Hugo Larsson, Sebastian Nanasi, Roony Bardghji, Dejan Kulusevski and Williot Swedberg all miss out on the tournament squad.
