Athletic travel to Newcastle, in the north of England, hoping to continue their momentum from the last Champions League match against Qarabag.

For the match against Newcastle, Ernesto Valverde could introduce a significant change to the starting XI. The debut of Selton Sued Sánchez with the first team is a distinct possibility.

The midfielder has been a standout performer for Athletic in the Youth League, where he has played two matches, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
